The product is a kind of finishing agent, which mainly contains a variety of inorganic metal compounds, made into nano-sized powder by special processing, and then ground by special dispersion technology. It can be used in textile fabric finishing. The textiles treated by this product have good far infrared emissivity and temperature rise effect.

Application methods:
It is recommended to use the product by impregnation and padding. The dosage of this product is determined by the type, gram weight and liquid carrying rate of the fabric to be treated, and the recommended dosage is 1-2% weight ratio to fabric. In order to increase the washing resistance of the finished fabric, it is suggested to use the fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET in a dosage of 0.5-1% weight ratio to fabric.
1. Impregnation method:
Suggested process: bleaching and dyeing → impregnating JYK FIR-814: 2% weight ratio to fabric; Bath ratio: 1:10-15; at 60-70℃ for 30-40 minutes → discharging residual liquid → impregnating JYK FIX-ET: 1% weight ratio to fabric ;at 40-50℃ for 20-30 minutes → discharging residual liquid → applying softener → drying → finished product.
2. Padding method:
Suggested process: bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding (JYK FIR-814: 20 g/L; JYK FIX-ET: 5 g/L;
padding ratio is about 80%) → drying: at 80-110℃ → setting → Finished product.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The product is a suspension system. Please stir it evenly before use.
Packing:
20 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
